After a item is sold or an offer is accepted, trading partners can provide updates for the transaction from invoice.
Payment received Payment received: Seller must update the transaction as 'Payment received' after he/she has received payment from the buyer.
Shipped/Delivered Shipped/Delivered: Seller must update the transaction as 'Shipped/Delivered' after he/she has shipped/delivered the item(s).
Payment sent Payment sent: Buyer must update the transaction as 'Payment sent' after he/she has sent the payment.
Received Received: Buyer must update the transaction as 'Received' after he/she has received the item(s).
Completed my tasks Completed my tasks: Trading partners in an 'Exchange Offer with an Item' and 'Exchange Offer with a Listing' must update the transaction as 'Completed my tasks' after they have completed the tasks they are obligated to. For example, in an 'Exchange Offer with a Listing', in which the buyer accepts to send the item in the listing with cash, the buyer should update the transaction as 'Completed my tasks' after sending the item that they have exchanged with and cash to the seller. The seller should also update the transaction as 'Completed my tasks' after sending the item in the listing.
